Finding the perfect home in the Short Hills,NJ area when there are dozens to choose from can be a daunting task. That’s why I give my clients a buyers questionnaire to fill out and ask them to answer the questions with as much details as possible before we begin the our search.
Writing the answers helps my buyer clients to focus and think about what they really do want and need. And then their answers help me focus on how I can best serve them towards living in Short Hills.

With hundreds of NJ homes for sale in the Midtown Direct communities of Millburn, Short Hills, Maplewood, Chatham, Livingston, and Summit, trying to find your dream home without a focus for the search would be a daunting task. You and I would both be worn out before we made any progress at all. So I ask questions on paper, and more questions in person.
Your written answers get the search off to a good start – allowing me to eliminate dozens of homes that “just won’t do” so we can focus attention on the homes that just might be “the one.”
Then, as we view homes together, I ask more questions, listen to your comments, and pay attention to your reactions to each home. That allows me to narrow the search even further.
