If you run or are involved with a non-profit organization and need funding, you’ll want to be aware of the opportunities available as you search in Short Hills and surrounding areas near your Millburn home. The Junior League of the Oranges and Short Hills, Inc. (JLOSH) build local area communities, including East Orange, Livingston, Maplewood, Millburn, Orange, Short Hills, South Orange, Springfield and West Orange through their Community Grants program. JLOSH is especially dedicated to improving circumstances relating to children living in Millburn/Short Hills and surrounding areas who are struggling due to economic challenges.
Celebrating their Centennial Year, JLOSH will be issuing a Centennial Grant of up to $10,000, along with other possible $7,500 grants. Online applications are available now and are due with all supporting documentation by Friday, December 7th at 5 p.m. Recipients will be announced next spring.
