Come support local hurricane victims who suffered damage from the recent storm near your Millburn homes! Two charitable organizations have come together to help township residents whose lives where twirled through the ringer of the infamous Hurricane Irene. Rock the House New Jersey has produced a concert sponsoring The Wyoming Club of Millburn, a not-for-profit organization specializing in recreation and cultural activities as well as Down the Block, another not-for-profit charity which assists township residents with unforeseen financial needs.
The concert offers a wide variety of music selections from talented local artists, most of which live near your Millburn homes! Millburn musicians Brian Halpin and his jazz group the Heptocratics, Deena Shoshkes with a combination of her groups The Laughing Boys and The Cucumbers(with her husband Jon Fried), harpist Odarka Stockert playing her duet Slight Imperfection, and Alex Siberman, the evening’s event organizer, and his band.
